PJ and I met in the late 70's in Los Angeles when we both worked for the travel franchise, "VACATION AMERICA/Travel Network. For my 30th birthday she gave me a Sheltie named "GOLDIE " I admired her, and respected her focus and drive as she made goals, then achieved them.  Mike Wolf 

PJ was my realtor for 10 years.  We enjoyed working together but I also appreciated our friendship.  Many times we would meet for lunch at The Cheesecake Factory and dish for a couple hours.   Her home was beautiful and of course PJ always looked lovely.  Unfortunately the last time I saw PJ was at CVS and not a Heat game!  God bless her!  Thank you PJ for everything.  Paul and Richard.

I am devastated to learn of the passing of PJ. When in Florida, I looked forward to spending time with her.  She bent over backwards for her clients. She was such an inspiration to all that knew her, always positive and upbeat. I will cherish her visit to Montreal, and will have fond memories of her. My condolences to you all.

What a kind sweet woman she was. She always liked to talk about her beloved Miami Heat.

PJ was a light in my life that will never diminish; her passion for her children, love of people, which lead to her love of travel can never be underestimated. In a time when women were not fully recognized as equals in the workplace, PJ was  the essence of strength and the example of what leadership by example looked like. I can think of no better way to honor my amazing friend than to honor her with these words: I love you and you will always be in my inner circle! God bless and keep you! Heaven is improved with your presence!

But what I remember the most, was the love and devotion you had for your two girls,  and the love and devotion they had for their mom!  So sleep in piece my friend, you did good! I will never forget you.

My memories of PJ date back to the mid 80's when she was Vice President, Passenger Services at Royal Viking Line. She became my mentor and friend. In 1995 PJ hired me again and this time as Vice President, Passenger Services at American Hawaii Cruises. 

Her humor and business sense are 2 things I will never forget about her. She also always smelled like heaven from her signature fragrance.

PJ came to my home in Indianapolis for Easter one year and I will never forget taking her to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The look on her face was priceless!

I will miss many things about you including your year end letter.

Ive known PJ since 1994 when she was recruited as Senior VP, Sales for American Hawaii Cruises (AHC) in San Francisco.  Since then, Ive also worked with her in Chicago as well as in Washington, DC.
Over the years, I got to know PJ very well and discovered what a kind soul she was.  I have the utmost respect for her professionalism and fairness.   Besides being passionate about her job and also the hardest working executives I have ever met, she was a great leader for her sales team and had always set a good example for her staff.  Her endless positive energy was infectious.  At times when things were not going well, she would rely on her glass is always half-full attitude to overcome obstacles.  I was always in awe with her extraordinary resilience and how quickly she was able to bounce back from setbacks.

PJ also had a fun side when she was away from the office.  I remember the time when we were living in Chicago, one weekend we decided to drive to a Tulip Festival just outside of Chicago.  On our way back the next day, we were stopped by the police and I still recall how PJ had talked ourselves out of a traffic ticket  it was hilarious!   And another time when we went to visit a Chinese doctor in Washington, DCs Chinatown  the unusual Chinese medicines/herbs we found in that store and how PJ had reacted  it was priceless!   

I wanted to celebrate PJ for having lived a full and meaningful life.   Her fond memories will live on forever!  






I have had the fortune of knowing PJ for the last 15 years. In that 15 years did I come to rely on her, both as a valuable member of my team and as a trusted friend. She was a genuinely kind and caring person with a unique and vibrant spirit. She always managed to keep a positive outlook in the midst of the stresses of the work we did together. She have calming effect for me and those she encountered. She and I shared a love of the Miami Heat and I will always remember her when I watch the games. I feel grateful to have known her and I will miss my friend.

 We have lost a great mentor as well as friend. P.J. was the consummate professional and I feel lucky to have known her during time in the cruise industry. Thank you P.J.

The World has lost a really strong, positive, honest, hard working, respectful and beautiful lady.  PJ touched many peoples hearts, lives and futures.  She believed in only the best and expected it from each of us.  Thanks for being in my life. RIP with a smile on your face.

Rest in peace my beautiful friend. I will never forget you, nor the light you brought into so many lives! Although you are gone now, you will forever live in the hearts of all those who have loved you. I have so many beautiful memories of PJ that I don't know where to begin. Well I will start with why I always called her princess! Because she was truly a magnificent princess and a very dear friend. I met PJ at Universal Studios Hollywood, actually she hired me and she became my mentor and later an exceptional friend. PJ thought me so many things during my time at Universal, above all was her trust in me to become the representative of Universal at meetings in Osaka with our Japanese owners. This was a big step in my career! She also thought me about how to love life and appreciate every moment. As the years went by, PJ met my mom and they became great friends. I never forget our wonderful dinners together in LA; talking about politics, her love for the Middle East, and her passion for traveling. I am going to miss PJ immensely. She brought so much joy and happiness in my life. I know my beautiful princess will always be in my heart and thoughts. Rest in peace magnificent princess, you're going to be missed by many people. Thank you for your contribution in my life and teaching me the art of living. Sending you love and big hugs & kisses in heaven!

PJ was just amazing, beautiful, kind, loving, strong, dedicated, and devoted to everyone who has the pleasure of being in her life. I met Pj through Barbie and had the pleasure of doing her hair for many many years. Over that time we developed an amazing friendship and I truly adored her. I learned so much from her over the years, and enjoyed time with her every week doing her hair, she really did teach me a lot. I will miss her in my life, loved her smile, and just loved her dearly! Barbie was just amazing with her over the past few years and I am so lucky to have gotten to see such an incredible relationship between a mother and daughter, that too taught me a lot about what love is and how to embrace it. I will miss Pj, but know her spirit will live on. She definitely made this world a better place!!!!! All my love support and deepest sympathy to all her family, PJ will always be a part of us all.

What to say about my beautiful friend, PJ?  So many memories!  She was a wonderful force of nature who laughed big, loved big and lived life to its fullest!

We first met in the early 90's when we became partners in a global marketing and distribution business. She was always up for a new challenge and we had some wonderful adventures traveling the globe. One of my most vivid memories was when we went to Brazil to open that market.  We were forewarned about wearing any type of jewelry; and yet PJ showed up in full regalia with her gold necklaces and arms full of bracelets.  I'll never forget the look on the face of the hotel manager (who was insisting that she leave everything in the hotel safe) when she proclaimed, "Oh, you don't realize it, but I am protected by a bubble of white light and no harm will come to us."  I thought for sure we would be mugged, at the very least; but no, she was right.  No one bothered us at all!  
That was PJ! 

She taught me to do treasure mapping (dream boards) and for this I will always be grateful. I've done one every year and they have brought my family great abundance and joy.  For sure, her picture will be on each one I make going forward, as a reminder that we can accomplish anything we set our minds to.   

Most of all, PJ loved her family.  She took such great care of Debbie; and took such great pride in Barbie and Darrell's accomplishments. They, in turn, took such incredible care of her and made her last days so peaceful. 
I will really miss her big laugh and positive nature. She never gave up on any venture and that's what I'll always remember -  her resilience and zest for life!

I met PJ during my 20 years working for RVL. She was such a professional Lady, and so charming, and always having a great sense of humor.. RIP PJ as I will join soon in the RVL World which was part of our life.

I've known PJ through my husband Christian from the RVL days, but we became very close in the last 10 years, when I went through cancer and some difficult times. She was a great support and mentor to me. Beautiful inside and out, and a true fighter. RIP dear PJ. Missing you. Love, Jeannie & Christian

I met P.J. when we were both working for Unitours/club Universe in the early 80's. She was in Los Angeles and I was in San francisco.
We were having a going away party for my boss Eleanor laBay and P.J. was going to stay at my house. At the time P.J. was dieting and she wasn't eating real food or drinking.  I m thinking...
How do you entertain someone you don t know...who is not eating or drinking.  Well we became forever friends and even if we didn t
talk for months...we would pick right up where we left off.

I met PJ when I was in my early 30s. I am now 73. She taught me to love to be hugged. That was a great treasure, which has lasted for my lifetime. I am delighted that I was able to visit her slightly before her passing. She was a one of a kind treasure.
