Mona C Manley, 77, passed away May 5, 2016 after a short bout with pneumonia. She lived in Dunnellon. She was born May 24, 1938 in Medina, North Dakota and moved to Ogden, Utah when she was six years old. She battled the effects of polio her whole adult life. She married her husband Larry on March 12, 1955 and they moved to Delray Beach, Florida in 1957. Larry pre deceased her on January 7, 2012. She is survived by her children Blake, Joni (Gil) Persinger, Jeff (Mary) and Kathleen (Ernie) Monroe. She is pre deceased by her son Richard and his wife Cheryl. She is also survived by her grandchildren Stefani (Lucas) Kruer, Karyssa (Mark) Vincent, Jeffrey, Allyson (John) McBride, Melissa (Eric) Sanders, Courtney (Mike) Gibson, and Megan (Jeremy) Mick. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Hunter, Gunner, Cheyenne, Maddie, Emily, Olivia, and Dylan. A family gathering will held Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 2pm at her home in Dunnellon to honor her life. Please contact Joni at 561-704-4675 for directions if you wish to drop by and pay your respects.
