Major Malcolm Austin Norton passed away peacefully at home April 17th, 2025 at the age of 94. Born in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Guy Norton and Susan Heidel and predeceased brother, Charles Norton.
He entered into the United States Army at the age of 18 where he served his country for 20 years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy; his four children, Betty Ann Swirble (and her husband Michael), Malcolm Jr.(and his wife Beth Ann), Ellen Latsko (and her husband John), Linda Kerrigan (and her husband John); 12 Grandchildren and 22 Great-grandchildren.
Final resting place will be in Rochester New York. Donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778 or one's personal choice.
