Richard Lee LaFountain

Born March 31, 1946 in Spokane, Washington at Sacred Heart Hospital to his parents Mary Lou Herman and Robert Vincent LaFountain Sr. Entered into Rest November 6, 2016. Richard was preceded in death by his Mother Mary Lou Groskurth, Father Henry Groskurth, Sister Geraldine Dooley, Brother Wayne Sheets, and Daughter Juanita Dean.

Richard is survived by his Wife Suzie LaFountain, his Loving Daughters- Awna LaFountain and Sierra LaFountain, Sons- Nick LaFountain, Chris LaFountain, and Greg LaFountain, Siblings- Robert LaFountain (Cil), Clifford Sheets (Claudia), Jane Glover, Johanna Flambouris, Steve Groskurth (Marilynn) and Joseph Groskurth. He is also survived by his Uncle Howard Herman (Gail), Aunt Rose Nordgulen (Bob) Special friends Gloria, Scott and Kate, 16 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Richard loved and lived for his kids and grandkids.

He was a master mechanic and shared his skills and talents with many.

If Richard couldn’t fix it…no one could.
