She was born on September 1, 1950 in San Bernardino, California, graduated from Coronado High School in 1968, and was a member of San Bernardino High School and Coronado High School's marching bands. She attended UCSD La Jolla in San Diego, majoring in Biology and she attended university in Walla Walla, WA as a Business Major and earned an associate's degree.
San Diego County was her home until moving to Washington and Idaho state where she settled.
JoAnne was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph & Jennie Galvan, and her younger brother, Steven Galvan.
She was the oldest of 6 children. She is survived by her siblings Joe Galvan, Sandra Goulart, Sylvia Rust, and James Galvan; her husband, Darrin Allbright; two sister in laws and mother in law; her four children, Denise Adams, Roberto West, Nicky West, and Marty Christensen; her 13 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She was a giving woman who enjoyed life, dancing, music, family and friends. She is loved by her family and will be deeply missed.
