Shirley Ann Callaghan

Shirley Ann Callaghan was born in Detroit on May 15, 1954. She grew up in Detroit and later years was a long time resident of Eastpointe. Shirley graduated from Cass Technical High School in 1972. She retired from GM after 30 years of service.

Beloved wife of Timothy Callaghan of Denver, CO. Loving mother of Daniel Callaghan (Jillian) of Denver CO. Cherished grandmother to Maeve Callaghan. Dear sister of Audrey Thomas, Roseville, MI. Loving aunt to Justin Defer, Kelly Callaghan, Rebecca Chabot and Bob Skipper. Shirley loved to dance to her favorite music. She also enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends at the family cottage in northern Michigan. More than anything she loved spending time with her family and loved ones. She was a great mentor to many and will be missed.

The family will greet friends at Kaul Funeral Home of Clinton Township on Tuesday, June 15th from 1:00pm until 8:00pm.
