Marjorie Jean Chester

Marjorie was born on February 18, 1952, in Lansing, to Lloyd and Ardith Rosekrans.

Marjorie graduated from Bath High School in 1970 and retired from Michigan State University Small Animal Veterinary Hospital after 25+ years of service.

Marjorie is survived by her daughter, Laurie Kester (Timothy), son, Russell Chester (Susan), grandchildren Jessica McFarland (Alex), Megan Seelye (Chase), Nicholas Chester and Lexie Chester, brothers Alan Rosekrans (Bonnie) and Lynn Rosekrans (Brenda). She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Dennis Chester, parents Lloyd and Ardith Rosekrans, and sister, Sally Rosekrans.

Marjorie was loved by many and will be missed deeply.

A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Marjorie pm Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 2pm at the Bath American Legion (5480 Clark Road Bath Twp, MI 48808).
