James Huguley

James Bryan Huguley, born April 20th, 1928, passed away peacefully in his sleep, February 11, 2019. He is mourned by his former wife Lois, his son Kenneth, his daughter Holly, his grandsons Steven and Andrew and his great-granddaughter Teagan. He was preceded in death by his oldest daughter Deborah, who died at the age of 25 in a tragic accident. He began working on the Wabash Railroad in 1951 and worked there until his retirement at age 63, except a 2 year period in the army from 1951-1953 during the Korean War. After retirement he worked as a crossing guard at an elementary school in Southgate, which he very much enjoyed! He enjoyed sports, most notably, baseball. His grandson, Steven, would also like to send special thanks to a loyal grandfather, who went above and beyond his family duties, in order to help out his prodigal wayward grandson. Steven was his full time caregiver the last 5 years of his life
