I was deeply heartbroken to suddenly learn of Cindy's passing. She was and will remain a true inspiration of Faith, from our roots at Epiphany Lutheran, through child rearing at Our Shepherd, and even beyond when my family moved north to Saginaw.  She was always someone I looked up to from our beginnings in choir and on flute with Louis Beer to times shared in choir at Our Shepherd. Bible studies, women's retreats and shared tips on how to leave ones professional career to serve God and family were so very helpful to me and so many. She helped me initiate a Women's retreat program at our church in Saginaw and the program continues to this day.
Cindy was a true blessing and her faith in Jesus radiated to those on her life's pathway. I praise God for having her as a sister in faith. I pray God sends His comfort to family and friends who mourn.
