Audrey Doris Leenhouts, age 94, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023 at Royal Oak House Assisted Living, Royal Oak, Michigan. The daughter of Henry and Ida Saari, she was born on August 5, 1929 in Cook, Minnesota.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Keith Leenhouts; sons, Daniel Leenhouts and David Leenhouts. Surviving is her brother, H. James (Dorothy) Saari of Jasper, Texas; sons, William and James (Kathy) Leenhouts; grandchildren, Valerie (Mike) Williams, Jessica (Nate) Maurer, Danny (Stephanie) Leenhouts, and Donald Leenhouts; great grandchildren, Chase, Beckett, Camden, Asher, and Grayson; and those so close to her she was considered their grandma, Brian, Sarah and Jason Mott.
Visitation will be at 10:00am on Saturday, October 28th at Royal Oak First United Methodist Church, 320 W. 7th Street, Royal Oak, MI 48067 with services at 11:00am and luncheon to follow.
