Harold Norman Payne

Harold Norman Payne passed away peacefully in his home in West Hollywood, CA on February 1, 2018 at age 96. Harold was a 50 year resident of Hollywood, CA. He was a successful independent sales dealer in the upscale home and gift items industry catering to small and large retailers in the western United States. His success in business can be directly attributed to his work ethic and his natural ability to relate to others. He took pride in the fact that he always left his customers satisfied.

Hal was a decorated veteran of World War II having served in the Asiatic Pacific Area Campaign including winning a medal in the Philippines Liberation Model 1 Star campaign.

He was beloved by many friends and acquaintances who enjoyed his company, especially his great sense of humor and colorful storytelling. He was a generous and kind person and will be missed by those whose lives he touched.
