Dolores Olivastro, 87, joined her loved ones in heaven on Monday, September 11, 2023 at 12:35am. Dolores was born in and spent most of her life in Philadelphia, PA but spent the last decade living in Southern California.
Dolores was born on November 15, 1935 to Andrew Tadley and Elizabeth Gilbert.
Dolores was the most devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt. She is survived by her daughters, Monica Miriello (John) and Marlene Olivastro; grandchildren, Steven Schuster (Steve Schuster Sr.), Monica Boukhalfa (Ali), Melanie Parson (Jose Torres); as well as great-grandchildren, Paisley and Aleksander Boukhalfa.
Dolores will be remembered for her loving & caring nature, her spunky attitude, her strength & tenacity through trying times, and her love for sweets & bingo.
Dolores is now reunited with her beloved husband, Joseph Olivastro; her son, Gregory Olivastro; as well as her parents, siblings, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, as well as many other friends and family members. Dolores will forever be our guardian angel.
A memorial service will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Philadelphia, PA in the near future (date & time TBD).
