Randolph John Gomez

Randolph “Randy” John Gomez, born in Long Beach, California, on May 10, 1958, lost his battle with renal cancer on March 4, 2025. A graduate of Millikan High School in 1977, Long Beach, Randy became a proud union mason and bricklayer who went on to work and retire from the City of South Gate Water Department as a Water Distribution Specialist, holding numerous certificates and receiving honorable mentions for outstanding service. He was an avid fisherman, loved motorcycle riding, and enjoyed life with family and friends.

Randy was a loving husband to Gloria Gomez for nearly 41 years, a loving father, grandfather, uncle, cousin, and friend. He will always be remembered for his positive attitude, funny jokes, and immense sense of humor. Randy is a greatly cherished and loved man who will be sorely missed for his loyalty to all those in his life. Until we meet again, rest in peace.
