Norma Virginia Brown

Norma Virginia Brown of Venice, CA died March 13th 2018 at the age of 90. Norma was born June 6th 1927 in Seattle, WA. She enjoyed daily luncheons with her friends at the Penmar Senior Center, reading biographies, watching her favorite show "Dancing With the Stars", and drinking coffee.

Norma grew up in Mullan, Idaho as an only child of Finnish immigrants, Otto and Lempi Sivil. She earned a Registered Nurse degree and worked in hospitals and doctor offices in California until her retirement at the age of 64.

She is survived by her daughter Carol Burrill of Monrovia, CA , daughter Linda Blom of Atlanta, GA and her son Victor Brown of Redondo Beach, CA. Norma is also survived by her grandchildren: Kate Burrill, Leah Burrill, Amy Blom, Emily Blom and Max Brown.
