Marilyn Dorothy Gozzano of San Pedro, California, died on March 1st 2017 at the age of 87. Marilyn was born December 19th 1929 in Seminole, Oklahoma. She is the author of the book "How Daddy Became a Beachcomber" the story of their family's trek from Oklahoma to California during the 1930's. Marilyn was an artist, preschool teacher amd an environmentalist. Marilyn also traveled throughout the Pacific and Japan with Ramond Burr in the USO shows during the Korean War. She was well loved and leaves behind many dear friends. Marilyn is survived by her four children, Merry Colbert, Nat Gozzano Jr, Amy Ebbert, Cala Carter and six grandchildren, Jennifer, Ryan, Sean, Amanda, Heather, Troy and six great grandchildren, Tyler, Elyssa, Noah, Ben, Dalina and Ainsley.
