Walter Richard Everett

on January 22, 2024, at the age of 83. He was born on September 5, 1940, in Paducah, Kentucky where he grew up and married the love of his life, Donna.

He graduated from Paducah Tilghman High School in 1958. He loved the years he spent in the army and his travels abroad. His career included various types of sales positions with his technology sales position bringing his family to San Antonio, Texas in 1976. He later started a healthcare management technology company where he first introduced his daughters to the healthcare industry.

He is preceded in death by his father, Rex D. Everett; mother, Alice L. Everett; wife, Donna L. Everett; brother, James D. Everett and granddaughter Allison N. Romero (Martin).

He is survived by Daughters, Yvette Guajardo; Nanette Sanders and Son, Kevin Everett; grandchildren; Amanda Martin, Sydney Sanders, Zachary Sanders, Fabrizio Munoz, Darrell Everett, and Nicholas Sanders. Great grandchildren, Alex Romero, Nia Martin, Brooklyn Moore and Sailor Martin. Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Dad loved road trips, attending various activities to watch his grandchildren, fishing, camping, and spending time at the beach with his best buddy, his son Kevin.

The family would like to thank Companion Hospice for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in their final days.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on February 16, 2024, at 2:45pm (Shelter #4). There will be a Celebration of Life reception following the memorial service from 4:00-6:30 pm at 1202 Bitters Road Bldg. 9, San Antonio, TX 78216.
