Truett Haley Guthrey

Truett was preceded in this process of moving on by his daughter Audrey, parents Dale and Patsy Guthrey and his sister Janice.

Truett was an amazing talented musician and was a member of the Tulyburg Jazz band in Stockton, California, eventually recording an album. He attained his BBA/CIS college degree from El Paso University in Computer Science. He wrote numerous computer systems for various companies.

Truett was in the United States Navy and received honorary citations for putting out a fire while on duty and producing a computer program accepted by the Navy.

Truett struggled with some biological issues that relegated him to having to take medications that impacted his quality of life.

Against all odds, Truett maintained a positive, cheerful attitude regardless of his challenges.

As Truett leaves for his shinning abode, he leaves behind in the physical world a son, Timothy, a longtime companion Gina, cousins; Terri, Rhonda, Rodney, Raleigh, Nieces; Kelly, Leanne, Cheryl nephews; Aaron, Chris, Don and brothers Ed and Ray.
