Troy Eugene Railsback Troy Eugene Railsback, 87, of San Antonio, Texas died on January 16, 2016 following a tragic, unforeseen medical accident. Interment will be at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, to be placed in the mausoleum, on February 8, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Mr. Railsback was born March 27, 1929 in Lorenzo, Texas. He was preceded in death by both parents, Burl and Dona Railsback, and three sisters. He graduated high school at Roosevelt High School. He is survived by his wife, Ulrike Swob. They were married on March 25, 1967, and began their lives together in San Antonio, Texas. He was Honorably Discharged at the time of his retirement , in Tucson, Arizona, on June 30, 1973, with a rank of SSgt. E5. Following retirement, he was the first, male manager in San Antonio with the Tupperware Corp. and also worked at Sea World. He was also active in the SW Gem & Mineral Society and Citizen's On Patrol.
