Our beloved mother, Teri Lyn Vivian, was called home to be with Our Heavenly Father on March 29, 2026. She was born on July 16th, 1956, in San Antonio, Texas to James C. (Deacon) Schoultz and June Evelyn Schoultz, both deceased.
Teri attended and graduated from Douglas MacArthur High School where she met her beloved husband, Johnny Vivian. They got married on November 5, 1983. They were blessed with two sons: Sam and Jed Vivian.
Teri was known for her kind spirit, boundless caring, and devotion to her family. She was a dedicated member of her community and enjoyed showing up for others in meaningful ways. She had a profound love for reading and left behind a legacy of very loved books. Above all, Teri cherished time spent with family and friends. She found joy in everyday moments, shared meals, laughter, and conversations. These moments will be cherished forever.
Teri is survived by her husband, Johnny; sons, Jed and Sam Vivian; daughter in laws, Destiny Vivian and Leslie Vivian; and three grandchildren, Ela, Zofia, and Emmett, sister, Donna Knigge, brother in law, Dennis Knigge, sister and brother in law, Andy and Bernie Vivian, numerous nieces and nephews, and many, many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gaga and Papa, and beloved family dogs, Lily, Teddy, and Kringles..
