Mary Ann Karam

Mary Ann Karam beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister & Friend was called home to the Lord on August 22, 2023. She was born in Alice, Texas on November 4, 1938 to Charles & Esther Trad . She was the oldest of 6 children.She attended Falfurrias High School and graduated in 1956. Shortly after graduation, she moved to San Antonio to attend Business College. It was there she met Jamil Michael Karam and they married on December 11, 1957.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters -Sarah Reiter ,Rose Ribble, and spouse Jamil Karam.

Survivors include her son Michael Jamil Karam and spouse Monica, Daughter-Yvonne Dulaney and spouse Preston , & Son -Mark Jamil Karam. Her Grandson Christopher Edward Wilcut & spouse Kaylen Marie , Granddaughters Courtney Elaine & Brittany Marie Wilcut , Grandsons- Zachary Michael Karam and Lt. Douglas Alexander Karam. Great grandchildren - Layne Edward Wilcut and Emma Lynn Wilcut. Sisters- Pauline Ferguson of Virginia, Hannah Trad, & Brother-Tony Trad of Falfurrias, Texas. Numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Mary Ann was a devoted wife and mother. She loved to cook and entertain for her friends and family. An active member of St. George Maronite Church, she belonged to the Ladies Altar Society, Choir, and the Bey Aleph Sorority. She had a warm smile,vibrant personality, loved parties & Mariachi music. Mary Ann will be sorely missed but fondly remembered.
