Lorenzo Martinez Bustos Jr.

Lorenzo M. Bustos Jr., passed away peacefully on April 27, 2025, just a month after celebrating his 85th birthday. Lorenzo was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother whose love for his family was the heart of his life.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Bessie P. Bustos; his sons, Lawrence T. Bustos and Eric M. Bustos; his daughter-in-law, Michele Bustos; his grandchildren, Erika Bruno and her husband Adrian Bruno, Lauren Bustos, Brandon Bustos, and Jacob Bustos; and his great-grandchildren, A.J. and Lily. He is also survived by his siblings.

Lorenzo’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him. His warmth, wisdom, and kindness will never be forgotten.

A memorial rosary will be recited on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 10:00 am followed by a memorial mass at 10:30 am at Resurrection of the Lord Catholic Church, 7990 Military Dr, San Antonio, Texas 78227. A burial will take place on the same day at 12:30 pm at Cordi-Marian Sisters Resurrection Cemetery, 11624 Culebra Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78253.
