Diana Lee Hampton

Diana Lee Hampton (Kelley) of Live Oak passed away on January 5, 2018 at the age of 60. She was born on December 28, 1957 to Edward and Wanda Kelley (Mullins). Diana enlisted in the US Air Force in 1978 where she served as a Vehicle Body Mechanic Specialist. During her service she met David Robert Hampton who she married on February 29, 1980, they were married for 36 years before David's passing in 2016. Diana left the Air Force in 1980 and spent the early years of their marriage raising their four children and later in life entered the home health field working in various sectors. Diana enjoyed painting, gardening and loved hosting family and friends who often gathered in her home. She was preceded in death by her father and brother Edward and William Kelley as well as her beloved husband David R Hampton. She is survived by her mother Wanda Kelley and her four children David Hampton Jr., Nicole Hampton, Scott Hampton and Laura Billingsley as well her granddaughters Erika Welch, Lillian Billingsley, Jaxson Trip and many friends who will miss her dearly. A graveside service will be held Friday January 26, 2018 at 10:30am at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
