It is with heavy hearts and deep gratitude for a life well lived that we announce the passing of Dena F. Gray, age 87, who entered into the presence of her Savior peacefully on Sunday, June 21, 2026, surrounded by the love of family and friends.
Dena was a devoted follower of Jesus whose life reflected His love through grace, kindness, compassion, and unwavering faith. She never missed an opportunity to share God’s love with others and lived each day as an example of what it means to serve faithfully and love generously.
Above all, Dena treasured her family. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Chynnon Albeck; son-in-law, Jon Albeck; son, Vernon Gray Jr.; granddaughters, Stuart Chumbley and her husband, Cody Chumbley, and Reagan Albeck; great-granddaughters, Holland Ingber and Tennison Chumbley; sister, Lavern Glennewinkle, and brother-in-law, Arlen Glennewinkle Sr.; along with many cherished nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Her warmth, wisdom, and gentle spirit touched countless lives and will never be forgotten.
She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Marchia Gray.
While our hearts mourn her absence, we celebrate the legacy of faith, love, and devotion she leaves behind. Dena would want all who knew her to remember this truth that guided her life: God loves each of us personally and perfectly.
She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23
