Judy J. Jones

Judy Jones, 73, of Sandy, Utah, passed away on September 2, 2026.

Born on August 18, 1953, in Denver, Colorado, Judy was the daughter of Jacob and Maxine Fritzler.

Judy was a respectful woman who was wonderfully stubborn and sometimes a bit too honest. She

found her greatest joy in spending time with her friends and family, and she loved relaxing while

watching funny videos on her phone.

Judy had two children, Melanie and Kenny, with her ex-husband. Later in life, she found deep

happiness and love with Paul Mummer, who preceded her in death approximately six years ago.

She is survived by her children, Melanie and Kenny; and her three beloved grandchildren, Ciara,

Laila, and Aiden. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Maxine Fritzler, and her

partner, Paul Mummer.

In accordance with Judy's wishes, no services will be held. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt

thanks to the staff at Elevated Hospice for the amazing care they provided to Judy during the last few

months of her life.
