September 25, 1976 - October 8, 2026
It is with broken hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Bryce William Draper on October 8, 2026, at the age of 50.
Bryce was born on September 25, 1976, in Utah to Richard and Sandra "Sandy" Draper. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend whose adventurous spirit, kindness, and love for those around him left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Bryce had a gift for seeing beauty in the world through the lens of his camera. As a talented photographer, he captured moments, landscapes, and memories that reflected his appreciation for life and the world around him. From hiking mountain trails and sailing on the Great Salt Lake to camping, traveling, and eventually earning his pilot's license, Bryce never stopped seeking new adventures. He embraced life with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a contagious sense of wonder that inspired those around him.
Above all, Bryce loved his girls, Bella and Hazel. He was the greatest dog dad and devoted his heart to them completely. We find comfort in knowing that Bryce is reunited with his sweet Bella, who passed away earlier this year, and we know the bond they shared will continue forever. His beloved Hazel remains a treasured reminder of the unconditional love he gave so freely.
Bryce was happiest when surrounded by family. He cherished family campouts, gatherings, road trips, and every opportunity to create memories with those he loved. Bryce shared a special bond with his brother and best friend, Brad Draper (Lace), and together they were always finding new adventures and entertaining the family with their latest shenanigans. Of course, their sisters, Angela Palmer and Aislinn Roquiero (Jon), were never far behind and were often part of the fun.
Bryce adored his nieces and nephews and treasured every moment spent with them. He leaves behind his beloved nieces, Mia and Hanalei, and nephews, Dylan, Isaac, Easton, Jacob, and Asah, all of whom brought him immense joy and pride.
Bryce is survived by his loving parents, Richard and Sandy Draper; his beloved siblings and lifelong best friends, Brad & Lace Draper, Angela Palmer, and Aislinn & Jon Roquiero; his cherished nieces and nephews; and the many friends who became family throughout his life.
He was preceded in death by his beloved Bella, his grandparents, Aunt Kathleen Cherry. Uncle Gary Draper & Cousin Tracey Christensen
Bryce was so much more than words can adequately describe. He leaves behind a lifetime of stories, adventures, laughter, photographs, and memories that will continue to be shared for generations. His family will forever cherish the experiences they shared with him and will carry his spirit with them always.
Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in knowing that love never ends, and neither do the memories of a life so beautifully lived.
You will never be forgotten and will always be with us. Until we meet again!
A Celebration of Bryce's Adventures will be held at a later date.
