Bonnie M Brown

Bonnie Jean Morey Brown passed away on February 23, 2025. She was born in Fort Collins, Colorado on June 20, 1940 to Dorothy A. Justus and Cecil C. Morey, who preceded her in death. Bonnie graduated from high school in Rupert, Idaho and attended college at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.

Bonnie was a dedicated volunteer and had a warm smile for everyone she met. She was a member of the Southeast Christian Church, the Utah Opera Guild and Consociates Auxiliary of the Assistance League of Salt Lake City. She loved the ballet, the symphony, playing bridge and, of course, a good cup of tea!

A special thanks to Bonnie’s many friends, each of whom held a unique place in her heart. She especially cherished those who gave her constant support through the last few challenging years of her life, and we thank you! We would also like to express our gratitude to the staff at Highland Care Center for their loving care of Bonnie over the past three years.

We will never forget Bonnie’s grace, her sparkling blue eyes, and her radiant, never-ending smile.

Services will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Southeast Christian Church, 1881 East Vine Street, Murray, Utah. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
