Teresa Lee Horsley

She graduated from Woodstock High School in 1978 and later attended the California College for Respiratory Therapy. She obtained her Associates Degree.

She worked as Certified Respiratory Therapist for many years at St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin and then later as an RT and a Sleep Lab Technologist at Northern Illinois Medical Center in McHenry, Illinois.

Teresa had many close friendships who shared that she was a lovely, kind, smart and funny soul who will be missed dearly.

She was preceded in her death by her parents, Ronald and Marilyn Rhodes.

She is survived by her siblings, Trudy and Kerry Rhodes.

Her close friend, Candice Lovett, would like to thank Advocate Hospice for their care and compassion they showed Teresa in her final days.

Per Teresa’s wishes, there will not be a memorial service.
