Though we didn't see Susan often she always kept in touch with our family and let us know she was thinking of us. She was such a sweet and intelligent woman and we will miss her. Our condolences to Rich and Ellen and everyone else who loved her.

I met Susan when I moved to 420 W Belmont. It was 1990.  We met at the Bar in the Lobby and connected immediately!  OH the Fun we
had!!  During my years in Chicago we would go to dinner, shop and laugh! In 1999 I moved back to Cleveland, Ohio but we have been in touch regularly for years.  Whenever I visit Chicago we get together.
Before Halloween  I texted her about a TV Special  about Norman Lear and she said she was in the hospital but would call me when she got home.  I am SO VERY SAD I lost my friend!!  My heart goes out to Rich and Ellen... Donna Ricca

I will miss Susan so very much. Susan was an amazing woman and a wonderful friend. She  had so many interests, and loved to get together for lunches, dinner etc. We would have long phone calls and laugh a lot. She made friends wherever she went. She so loved her son, Rich and her sister, Ellen.  My sympathies to her family and many, many friends
