She was born on August 31, 1973 to Terrance R and Madeleine (Grzybek) Oken in Chicago, IL.
Stacy graduated from Resurrection High School in Chicago.
She was preceded in death by her father, Terry.
Stacy is survived by her mother, Madeleine Oken; brother, Scott (Barb) Oken; and nephews, Charlie and Bill.
