Robert C Schultz

Robert is survived by his parents Irvin and Sheila Schultz of Palatine, Illinois. His wife Kim, daughter Kenzie and son Brayden of Palatine, Illinois. His brother Mike (Kim) of Rockford, Illinois. Along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by grandparents Charles Bennett and Mary Catherine Hayden, Irvin Schultz, Mary Walker. Aunt and Uncle Delores and Ronald Johnson.

Robert was born on June 22, 1977 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Irvin and Sheila Schultz. He graduated from Illinois State University in 2010 with a degree in Education. After eight years as a teacher, he went back to his true passion of IT. Rob loved technology and his hobbies included building planes and driving RC cars, which would keep him busy for hours. Any finished project he couldn’t wait to share with Kenzie and Brayden to see their faces light up with excitement. Kim and Rob loved to travel to Hawaii where he would take advantage of the opportunity to scuba dive while Kim looked on poolside. He enjoyed family time, especially game nights and visiting local fests. Kenzie and Brayden were the loves of his life, he was a very devoted father and loving husband. Rob had a very close circle of friends who would do anything for him. Spending time with them brought him so much joy. He was looking forward to reconnecting with his aunts, uncles, and cousins at an upcoming picnic in Kentucky. Rob cherished his special relationship with his parents and brother.

A service is scheduled August 12, 2023 at 10:30am at Holy Family Church in Inverness, IL with a celebration of life immediately following the service.
