Robert John Morris

Robert J. Morris, 92, United States Army veteran, of Niles, IL, born in Evanston, IL, and raised and lived the majority of his life on the North-side of Chicago, passed peacefully and comfortably at home, surrounded by his loving wife, Terri (née Lurie), and youngest of his children, his devoted son Glenn, on Friday, February 28, 2025. Bob will be forever remembered as a loving husband, father to Julie Rae (Paul), Jeffrey Robert, Richard and Glenn David, grandfather to the late Clay Robert, Alexis Diane, Nicholas Jeffrey, Aaron Samuel, Elizabeth Marie, Bella Jeyn, Cassia Olivander and Delilah Rose, son of the late Theodore “Ted” Luther (the late Ann) and the late Persis Jones, son-in-law of the late Mary & the late Bernie Lurie, brother of the late Pat (the late Dave Fieser) & the late Marj (the late Al Carson) & the late Dick (Donna), brother-in-law of Phyllis & Arthur Drucker, and uncle and cousin, and friend to many. Honoring Bob’s wishes, the Neptune Society has managed all arrangements privately.
