Kenneth Charles Sheetz

Kenneth ( Ken ) C. Sheetz, 69, died at Elmbrook Nursing Home, December 31, 2021, after fighting a long illness. He was born April 11, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois to John Raymond Sheetz and Dorthea Smith Sheetz.

Ken married the love of his life, Erma B. Sheetz, on April 11, 1986, and they celebrated 35 years of marriage together.

Ken loved spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed listening to all genres of music, writing, camping, and most of all spending time with his wife, Erma Sheetz.

He is survived by his wife, Erma Sheetz of Illinois; his three children: John R. Lester of Illinois, Katherine (Larry) Lamprich of Illinois, Victoria (Jerry) Skinner of South Carolina; his four Brothers: Don (June) Sheetz, John (Barbra) Sheetz, Rob (Meg) Sheetz, Tom (Sue) Sheetz; and his three Sisters: Chris (Steve) Kelly, Janet Sheetz and Patty (Bob) Michaels. He was an uncle, cousin, grandfather, and great grandfather to many.

The family will respect Ken’s wishes, and will not be holding a service.
