Joey was a long time resident of Aspire in Bellwood. Aspire was more than a home for Joey it was family. Joey’s life touched so many within the Aspire community. Through his humor, colorful personality and the relationships he built over the years, he left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him..
Joey is survived by his siblings Donald (Juliann) Moisan, Patricia (the late Thomas) Klaput and Barbara (Joseph) Comiskey. He was proceeded in death by his parents Helen and John Moisan and his sister Mary Van Dyk.
