Donna K Burgess

On September 13, 2026, Donna Burgess passed away peacefully in her sleep. Donna is survived by her daughter Mindy, granddaughter Savannah, grandsons Alex and Anthony. and a great grandson Eliza. She left behind her sister Claudia, aunts Dawn and Penny, uncle Erik, and nephews Steve and Richie. She was from a big family and was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, two brothers, and a granddaughter.

Donna loved to take long walks or rides in the car and she loved animals. I can’t count the number of times she brought home stray kittens, or a stray dog. Whatever happened to be walking in the street, she would grab them and we would try to find their home. If we couldn’t, we would find them new homes. She really loved animals. We used to love to take vacations in Wisconsin. She wasn’t crazy about water, but she loved being outdoors. She loved doing yardwork and just enjoyed being outside. Rest in peace Donna, I love you. Ride your bike.
