It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Winter Joy Kinsley, who left this world unexpectedly on December 4, 2024, at the age of 39. Winter was a loving wife, devoted mother, daughter, and friend, whose presence touched the lives of all who knew her. Winter was born on January 14, 1985, to Mark and Rhonda Dunn. From a young age, she exuded warmth, kindness, and a fierce determination that stayed with her throughout her life. As a mother to Skyla, Brooklyn, and Kyler, and a wife to her beloved husband, Paul, Winter’s love was unconditional and unwavering. She was the heart of her family, always putting others first and cherishing each precious moment with her children and husband. Her infectious laughter, generous spirit, and compassion for others were qualities that endeared her to many. Winter’s positive outlook on life and her ability to listen, support, and care for others made a lasting impact on all who knew her. In addition to her family, Winter is survived by her parents, Mark and Rhonda Dunn, her brother, Johnathan Dunn, and her Popa, John Wilson. She also leaves behind a wide circle of friends

who will always remember her for her kindness, strength, and loyalty. A celebration of Winter’s life will be held in the spring of 2025, when family and friends will come together to honor her memory and the legacy of love she leaves behind. Details of the celebration will be announced closer to the date. Winter’s light will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she loved. Though she is no longer with us, her memory will live on forever.
