So sad to hear the loss of Donna and to her family my condolences. I worked with both Donna and Richard, at AT&T. donna and I worked together in the attendance office at the Tustin call center. She was so knowledgeable. There was no question. I could ask that she could not answer and many of our coworkers relied on her knowledge in so many ways we had great discussions as we worked side-by-side trying to clear up the attendance issue in that office that was created before her and I took over.. we pretty much cleared it up mostly on Donna‘s part. She had a very distinctive laugh and was always laughing always positive. She confided in some personal issues and all I was there was to listen to lend her support and a hug from time to time to let her know that I cared. It’s been over 10 years since I last saw her and again I would think about her from time to time her passing was a surprise. I will miss her her big smile and her giggle. We had a lot of them. It was always a pleasure and a joy to work with Donna Cutler, till we meet again, my dear.🙏🏽🌹

I remember our carpool days you were always so nice a great mom. Take your rest now my friend.

I've known Donna and Cassie both when I work with them. I've never met more amazing people like these two.
Donna was always so kind to me and was always there to lend a hand or an ear. I loved working with her as she always surprised me with her skills.
 I loved when she gave me a dough starter in a glass jar and though she made Delicious baked goods, I quickly learned I didn't have any of her talent with the starters. 
I rented her house and it was always so beautiful and she was so supportive during my stay there. I often think about her when I drive by the street now and then.she gave me many reasons to smile and I'll miss hers most of all.

Someone asked me why I decided to purchase businesses in Reno. Honestly, I had my reservations, but during a visit to one of the stores, I was greeted by a familiar and beloved face. Donna was a significant part of why we felt comfortable saying yes in the first place. 

Donna had been working with us for six years as a massage therapist at our Galleria location alongside her daughter Cassandra before the Reno move, and this February  2025 would have marked her tenth anniversary with our brand. I still cherish the Starbucks mug from Australia that she surprised me with. I used to jokingly tell our team that I'd only approve their vacations if they brought back a Starbucks mug from their travels, so I could add to my collection.

When you build a business, you never know the incredible people you'll meet and the profound impact they'll have on your life. It deeply saddens me that we had a coffee date planned, a date that will now never happen.

Life often pulls us in different directions, but one of the most important lessons I've learned is to never wait to make time for the people who matter. Cherish those connections, express your appreciation, and create memories while you still can. Losing someone special reminds us of just how precious and fleeting those moments can be. 💜

Working as an aide for Makayla, I often saw how great of a grandmother you were, always so dedicated to her needs. May you rest in peace.

Donna, my friend, may you be resting in peace and with your husband now. Thank you for being my friend and sharing your wisdom with me.

My deepest condolences to Donna’s loved one’s.. of which there are many, both family and friends. She was a very special kind of person. The type that was a bit of spice, a bit of spunk and a lot of love all baked into a mischivious smile and an amazing hug! I knew her while working at Massage Envy with my Service Dog Bear, and while others were unsure how to handle the “new girl with the disability” man Donna just welcomed me like she does everyone. She was always there for a laugh or hug or to vent… and of course with some amazing Easter bread!! She made that place enjoyable to be at. I’m truly sorry that this world could not hold onto such a spark of life and love longer. We fell out of contact, Donna but I always loved you like my own family ❤️❤️

Goodbye beloved friend. You've been a very loving and supportive wife, mother, and truly a thoughtful  friend.. Teresita and I will be praying that our Lord Jesus welcome you and hear His call, "Come, good and faithful servant."
