

Susan Giangiacomo, 73, of Avon Park, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 19, 2026, at Kindred Hospital Greensboro. Born in 1953 at Loomis Hospital in Liberty, NY, to Carl and Margaret Ulrich, she grew up in Neversink, and graduated from Tri-Valley Central High School.
She spent many years as a stockbroker and office manager, where she was known for her exceptional organizational skills and dedication to customer service. Outside of work, she enjoyed diamond painting, collecting sea shells, reading mystery novels, and watching horror movies with her grandchildren. She was a proud grandmother who was friendly to everyone she met.
She is survived by her loving partner, Steve Lussier; her son, Jon Giangiacomo, his wife Dana and their children, Michael and Kayleigh; her daughter, Jen Snodderley and her husband Chris; her sisters, Karen Hess, Brenda Distel and her husband Lenny and their children, Andrew and Tim; and her sister-in-law, Fran DeBlasio, her husband Bill and their children, Billy and Lisa.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Giangiacomo, and her parents, Carl and Margaret Ulrich.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
