She was born on October 11, 1966 in Gloucester, NJ, and grew up in New Jersey and Virginia. Robin graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Psychology. She was actively involved in fostering fur-babies and assisting animal rescues any way she could.
Robin was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Goldstein; uncle, Stewart Segal; and grandmother, Betty Segal.
She is survived by her daughter, Rachel Petersen; father, Gary Goldstein; brother, Ryan Goldstein; and
uncle, Alan Segal.
The family would like to thank Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehab Center of Johnston County and
UNC Health Johnston of Smithfield for the care and compassion they showed Robin in her final days.
