The family would like to share a poem that William wrote:
A stare, a smile, a hello
Can’t they see I’m human
Supposed to be an equal man
In this corrupt American land
Why must they stare at me this way
Is this some form of play
Or is it true blindness in sight
Of n ignorance at its fullest height
Oh, dear God, make them see
For if not you, it will be me!
-William Robert Hill III
William will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
