The center of Tim’s world was his beloved wife Ana and their three children, Zaida, Christina, and Timmy as well as Fany, whom he considered as a sister. Ana, he often said, made him a better person. He was devoted to her. He often said his children were his best friends. His family’s well-being and futures motivated him daily. He was tremendously proud of them all. In addition to his wife and children, he was a dedicated caretaker of his father for many years.
As a former professional musician, Tim had eclectic taste in music and a sardonic wit. Music was central to the entire family and they often gathered around as he played for them and listened to music. His children enjoyed keeping him up to date with modern music trends. Tim had an unconventional sense of humor. His unique look on life encouraged those around him to interpret humanity without malice and laugh.
While Tim always seemed to be surrounded by people, family, friends and co-workers at FEAM Aero, he was always grounded with a confidence and sureness of purpose which projected calm even in the most dramatic of storms. He was a hard and dedicated worker who took great pride in improving any job he attempted, whether playing guitar or working on airplane engines.
Besides his immediate family, Tim is survived by his mother, Sally Madore, his father, Terrance McHugh, sisters Karen Nichol (Keith), Kathleen Lyons (David), brothers Michael (Vashti), Gerard and a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Patti Ann and brothers Brian and Kevin.
The world was a better, kinder place with him in it.
