Thomas Paul Ketelhut

Tom was born in Marine City, Michigan, to Esther and Emil Ketelhut on October 9, 1945. He graduated University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and married Carolyn LaCroix on July 29, 1967, at Holy Cross Church in Marine City. He was Commodore of Ford Yacht Club in 1995. He retired from Ford Motor Company and Visteon in 2001.

Tom is survived by his wife, Carolyn; his son Tom Ketelhut and wife Denene; daughter Tanya Schmitt and husband Jason; daughter Heather Ketelhut; grandkids Jason, Jake, Matthew and wife Cara, Paige and husband Jeremy, William, Adam and fiance Kassidy, Riley, and Makenzie; great-grands Jaxon and Evelynne; and many nieces and nephews.

Now Tom, Dad, Gramps, GG-pa (great grandpa to the new great grands), and Uncle has started a new journey of his own. ...and he will remain in our hearts forever…

A Memorial Service will be held will be held on his birthday, Saturday, October 9th at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 2500 N.E. 33rd Ave, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33305 at 11AM.
