Samuel M. Chazen ("Denver"), 71, of Boca Raton, FL, passed away on June 17, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife Lorraine (Lucarella) Chazen; children Tara Chazen (Gary Stephens), Lana Germana (Michael); sister Eleanor Lindenbaum (George); brother Lawrence Chazen (Cecilia); and grandchildren Alexis and Gavin Germana. The family will have a private celebration of his wonderful life. Donations can be made to honor him to Trustbridge Hospice of Boca Raton FL, or The Humane Society.
