Rosemary was born November 19,1940 in Springfield, Massachusetts to Wilbur L. Parks and Josephine M. (Waters) Parks. After graduating from West Springfield High School, she attended Bay State Nursing School and graduated in 1961. That same year she married John Dubuc and they had three lovely children. She worked exclusively in the geriatric nursing field, rising to Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts and Arizona.
She is survived by her devoted husband of over 30 years, Howard Case of Boca Raton, her daughter, Diane Dubuc Mitchell and her husband, James of Sherman Oaks, California and her daughter, Karen King of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Layla, Jamie, Alexa and Savannah. Her older brother, Robert Parks of Connecticut, and her many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her two stepdaughters, Debra Rodrigues, Jacqueline Senez, and their children, all of Massachusetts.
Her son, David in 2000 and her twin sister, Rosamond in 2015, predeceased her.
She will be interred at the South Florida National Cemetery.
