Lee and his partner Vic were a significant part of my 16 year life in Miami  and our weekly happy hours on a Friday evening became the highlight of my week. Following Vic’s passing, Lee and I continued to remain in regular touch despite my move back to Europe and I was hoping to see Lee during an upcoming visit to Florida in February. I will miss him very much but the wonderful memories of our times together will remain with me forever .

I first met Lee when I was 18 years old. I had just graduated high school and finished my cosmetology degree. I started my career at Lord &Taylor, That is where Lee and I started our salon family relationship. We were together as a salon family until he retired. We had the opportunity to share life‘s ups and downs together through the years. Lee was always so full of life, He so loved his family and friends. He loved life. I am grateful for all the years that we had together and he will never be forgotten. Prayers of healing and Comfort for his family .Iraida Fornash

I considered him a great friend as well. I can honestly say that I never heard him say one bad thing about anyone, which is a quality very few people possess. I first met Lee when he came to work at Lord & Taylor‘s hair salon in 1987. I had only been there about nine months when Lee came to work with us. About two years after our meeting he convinced me to buy a condo in the building he was living in at the time. And while living in his condo building from time to time when his theater group had extra tickets they always invited me to come along. From Lord &Taylor to studio one salon , We worked together until he retired. My whole career was working only one chair away from him. Lee loved his family and his friends very much. He was not only a coworker he was my friend and part of our salon family.I will greatly miss him. My deepest sympathy and prayers of healing for his family.He will always be remembered in my heart. I was first introduced to Lee in 1974 by my mother who had been one of his customers.
I became his customer & friend. Lee was a lovely person & a true gentleman. He was invariably kind, thoughtful & patient. He had a great sense of humor & had many friends. He often expressed his love of his family and the joy they gave him. He lived life to the fullest. I will always treasure my memories of Lee & hold him in my heart.

I work at John Knox Village and had the great honor of knowing my good friend Lee. Although it was a short… to short.. friendship I loved and cared for him dearly.
