Richard William McGrath, 54, born on January 31, 1962 in Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on February 21, 2016 at his home in Bonaventure/Weston FL surrounded by his family. He is survived by his Significant Other of 21 years, Janet Cusanelli, his Daughter, Karen Figueroa, Son-In-Law, Heath and Grandchildren, Adalynn, Heath Jr. and Brianna, his youngest Daughter, Marisa McGrath and Stepdaughter, Sheena Holub, Son-In-Law, Michael and Grandson, Ryan and Stepdaughter, Jennifer Cusanelli, his Sister, Sharon Brandon, Brother-In-Law, Mark and Nieces, Sarah and Jessica from Poughkeepsie, NY and Sister, Debbie McGrath from Boynton Beach, FL. On March 22, 2001, Rich's dream became a reality when he started Sun Up Enterprises, a construction company, along with Janet. His legacy will continue and his family will make him proud! Richard fought a long, brave battle with cancer and is now in Heaven with his son, Brian, who passed away on October 25, 2014. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Adrianne McGrath from Poughkeepsie, NY later resided in Boynton Beach, FL. A Mass celebrating his life will be held at St. Bonaventure 1301 SW 146th Ave. in Davie on Saturday, March 12th at noon.
