Her family will feel her absence deeply, remaining inspired by her strength and endurance.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and perseverance. Patricia's most significant accomplishment professionally was achieving her Master’s Degree in Education and being Nationally Board Certified. Her teaching career of 38 years was dedicated to the early elementary development and teaching bilingual students Reading and the English language. This achievement was a testament to her dedication and commitment to her career, and she instilled these values in her students, children, and grandchildren.
Patricia was well known for her bubbly, warm, and polite personality that drew many to her. She was a person who lived by the golden rule - 'Do unto others as you would like done unto you', a lesson she shared often with those around her. This, coupled with her infectious laughter, willingness to help others and resilient spirit, will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Patricia’s favorite activities were square dancing and being an active member of the Maycroft Square Tappers out of Muskegon, Michigan, a adolescent square dance group that performed internationally. Patricia also loved raising and showing dogs of all breeds, spending time at the beach or in their pool and General Aviation flying with her husband in their airplane to many destinations around the USA. Her family and friends will remember the joy she found in simple pleasures. Her memory will continue to live on in those who loved her including all her previous students, with their children in tow, that would take the time to say “hello” when bumping into Patricia at the malls, restaurants, and festivals around Palm Beach County Florida.
Patricia's passing leaves a void that can never be filled. She was a pillar of strength, a beacon of enduring love, and a woman who touched so many lives. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of all those she left behind. The many cherished memories will not be forgotten. Her light ceased to shine on this earth, she will be truly missed.
A “Celebration of Life” will be planned at a later date.
