He was born November 26, 1947, in Frostburg, MD son of the late Michael Francis Kelly and Shirley (Roberts) Kelly Wolthorn. Michael was a long-time employee of Florida Power & Light and then self employed as a Business Management Consultant for the last 30 years before retiring in 2019.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30+ years, Jean (Donnally) Kelly, one brother Francis Patrick Kelly, one daughter Monica Kelly Cowles, son-in-law Brad Cowles, and twin granddaughters Emerson Kelly and Elise Vivian Cowles. Michael was a member of Christ Fellowship Church, Palm Beach Gardens, Fl.
