Jean Kaplow of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away on the 16th of February, 2025 at the age of 91. She was born on the 4th of May, 1933 in Mineola, New York. She achieved a Masters Degree and worked as the director of the Bay Cities Jewish Community Center in Santa Monica, California. Jean was also a music production assistant, notably for John Denver. She constantly sought out adventure, which resulted in her rafting the Colorado River, sailing the Caribbean, and traveling the Nation as well as the world. Jean loved nature, art, cooking, and doing her own home improvement projects.
She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph Cohen and Caroline (Horn) Cohen, her sister Barbara (Cohen) Hoffman, and her daughter Sheri Kaplow-Dwyer. She is survived by her son-in-law Michael Dwyer, granddaughter Jessi Dwyer, and stepson David Goldhirsch.
