James Thomas Mckenna of Davie, Florida passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at the age of 89. He was born on November 10, 1935, in Providence, Rhode Island where he grew up and went to high school.
After serving in the Army, James moved to Miami, Florida where he met his wife of 15 years, Migdalia, which he had three children with– John, Michele, and Maureen.
James was a man who lived life to the fullest on his own terms, enjoying simple pleasures such as cooking for his family and friends, thoroughbred horse racing, and the NFL.
As a member of the Neptune Society, James’ ashes will be scattered at sea, and his family and friends will celebrate his life in a private ceremony.
