He was born on March 10, 1936 in New York, New York where he grew up with his father, mother, older sister Eileen, and younger brother Fred.
Jack graduated from New York University in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science degree and went on to work as a bank accountant.
He was actively involved in the Church, various clubs, and his lifelong passion - fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents Adam and Rose, his sister Eileen and his beloved son, Daniel.
Jack is survived by his wife of 68 years Jacqueline, his children Phillip, Jean-Pierre, and Catherine, and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
